I just placed an order online, how do I know it was received?

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address provided once your order is processed.  Please be sure to check your spam box as sometimes emails generated from websites can be marked as spam.

I am a wholesale customer, how do I register as one?

Please follow the link at the top of the page.  There are instructions and a short form to fill out and submit. Once received we will review your information and determine eligibility. You will then receive an email to enable you to log on and set up your account.

How fast can I receive my order?

  • We operate Monday through Friday, so orders placed after 11am Friday, weekends or holidays won’t be processed until the following Monday. All orders are shipped within 7 – 10 days of their processing date.
  • The total time to receive your order is dependent upon the shipping method and is calculated as: (7 – 10 days for us to process, pack and ship) + (shipping transit time – as selected during checkout) = Total Delivery Time. Please refer to the UPS transit Map for standard transit times. We are sorry but we cannot provide next day or two day delivery.

When will I know my order shipped?

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address provided once your order ships which will contain the tracking information… you can also log into your account to get your UPS tracking numbers.

Can I have a note added to my shipment?

At this time, we cannot add personal notes to shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES must be made within 14 days of original purchase date.

ALL ORIGINAL RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED. No returns without receipt.

Refunds can only be made in the same form as the original payment.
Please note: Credit returns require BOTH the register receipt & credit card receipt and the credit card used for the purchase.  Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item. No returns on Opened Product ALL OPENED ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED USED.
All returns are always at the discretion of management.

How are orders shipped?

We ship the majority of orders ship via UPS through any of their available services. Once a certain volume is attained ($500), an option to be quoted a freight rate will become available at checkout.

Are your items certified Kosher?

Almost all of our products are Kof-K Kosher Dairy. Please refer to the individual product page to confirm.

Are your products Gluten Free?

We do not produce Gluten Free products

Are your products Sugar Free?

We do offer some items that are sugar free. Click Here to see whats available.

Can I request gift wrapping?

We are sorry, we do not provide gift wrapping.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes, all of our products contain Wheat, Egg, Soy, and Milk. Our facility is not nut free, some items do contain peanuts and/or tree nuts. Many of our items are produced on the same equipment as the items that contain nuts. We conduct allergen clean downs after producing these products and prior to running items that should not contain peanuts or tree nuts. There always remains the possibility of cross contamination.

Can I ship my order internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

How long do the products stay fresh? How should they be stored?

Our products are best enjoyed within 10 weeks of receipt. They remain fresh at room temperature, but can be kept frozen which will extend the freshness of the product.
